سرعت عربی کا لفظ ہے سرعت کے معنی جلدی اور انزال کا مطلب خارج ہو جانا
طب میں یہ لفظ حرکت نبض اور حرکت تنفس کے ساتھ بطورِ صفت بولا جاتا ہے۔
جماع کے وقت عضومخصوص کے داخل کرنے سےپہلے یا داخل کرنے کے فوری بعد منی کاخارج ہو جانا سرعت انزال کہلاتا ہے
اگر سرعت انزال کا مرض حد سےبڑھ جائے تو اس کو ذکاوت حس میں شمار ہو گا
اس کی قدرتی مدت دو سے پانچ منٹ زیادہ سے زیادہ پانچ منٹ ہوتی ہے
برودت ورطوبت کے باعث قوت ماسکہ کا کمزور ہوجانا

مریض کی منی اگر سفید و رقیق ہو اور اس کے ساتھ حرارت کے آثار موجود نہ ہوں تو سُرعت کا سبب قوت ماسکہ کی کمزوری ہوگی۔
اگر منی کا رنگ اور قوام معتدل ہو آلات تناسل قوی ہوں کثرت خون کے آثار موجود ہوں اور منی بکثرت خارج ہوتو سُرعت کا سبب منی کی زیادتی ہوگی
اگر منی کا رنگ زرد اور اس کا قوام رقیق ہو اور وہ سوزش کے ساتھ خارج ہوتو سُرعت کا سبب منی کی حدت ہوگی
اگر اعضاء رئیسہ ضعیف ہوں اور اس کے ساتھ باہ میں خرابی ہوتو سُرعت کا سبب اعضاء رئیسہ کی کمزوری ہوگی۔
اور اگر یہ اسباب موجود نہ ہوں تو مجری قضیب کی کشادگی سبب ہوتا ہے چنانچہ اگر مجری کشادہ ہوتو سُرعت کا سبب یہی ہوگااس کا علاج کریں۔
اگر قوت ماسکہ ضعیف ہوتو بلغم کا تنقیہ کریں پیڑو اور خصیوں پر

اگر سُرعت انزال کاسبب منی کی حرارت و حدت ہوتو قابض مبردات سے علاج کریں مثلًا شیرہ خرفہ، شیرہ کاہو اور تخم حماض کے ساتھ شربت خشخاش پلائیں. غذا میں شیرہ خشخاش کے ساتھ چاول او مسور کی دال دیں۔
اگر سُرعت کا سبب منی کی زیادتی ہوتوغذا میں تبدیلی کروائیں
گوشت اور شراب وغیرہ کے مانند مؤلد خون اشیاء ترک کرائیں
سکنجبین، آب انارشرین،شربت نارنج و شربت صندل وغیرہ پلائیں
غذا میں بارد و رطب اشیاء تجویز کریں
اگر اس کا سبب اعضاء رئیسہ کی کمزوری ہوتو اس کا علاج اس ضعف باہ کے مانند کریں جو اعضاء رئیسہ کی کمزوری سے پیدا ہوتا ہے
